Production Management
I'm working with very talend teams who are commited to produce world's best racing game. I'm working as a producer 2 with Engineering, Designing, Environments,Lighting,VFX,Procedural,Characters/Animation,Cinamatics,Tech Art teams, external, internal patners and supproting 35+ team stakeholders.Closely working with Executives, Directors, Supervisors,Producers,Leads,Artists,Designers from development to delivery Phases. Reporting Executive leadership about Project progress. Communicating with vendors, internal and external cross functional teams including Engineering,Rendering,Designing,Concept,Look Dev,Tool & Tech Art,Quality(QA),Car,Audio, Licencing,Marketing,Publishing,Media.
Engineering:

Doing quater and sprint planning with stakeholders to deliver milestones with high quality from development to delivery.

Priortizing, Creating, tracking tasks on Jira and Shotgrid.

Identifying and clearly communicating road blockers to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Triaging bugs,build issues and dependencies with leads and cross functional teams.

Scheduling meetings and documenting all notes and communicating clearly to all stakeholders.

Established clear communication channels and process with cross functional teams including content,Design,Concept, Tool & Tech Art,Rendering,Audio,Car,QA and working as a point of contact for team communication.
Environments:

Setup Lighting project on Shotgrid to improve overall project structure.
