Production Management 

I'm working with very talend teams who are commited to produce world's best racing game. I'm working as a producer 2 with Engineering, Designing, Environments,Lighting,VFX,Procedural,Characters/Animation,Cinamatics,Tech Art  teams, external, internal patners and supproting 35+ team stakeholders.Closely working with Executives, Directors, Supervisors,Producers,Leads,Artists,Designers from development to delivery Phases. Reporting Executive leadership about Project progress. Communicating with vendors, internal and external cross functional teams including Engineering,Rendering,Designing,Concept,Look Dev,Tool & Tech Art,Quality(QA),Car,Audio, Licencing,Marketing,Publishing,Media. 

Engineering: 

  •  Doing quater and sprint planning with stakeholders to deliver milestones with high quality from development to delivery.

  • Priortizing, Creating, tracking tasks on Jira and Shotgrid.

  • Identifying and clearly communicating road blockers to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Triaging bugs,build issues and dependencies with leads and cross functional teams.

  • Scheduling meetings and documenting all notes and communicating clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Established clear communication channels and  process with cross functional teams including content,Design,Concept, Tool & Tech Art,Rendering,Audio,Car,QA and working as a point of contact for team communication.

Environments: 

  • Planning and Manageging 19+ team stakeholders. Doing quater and sprint planning and creating schedule to deliver milestones with high quality from development to delivery.

  • Priortizing, Creating, assigning, tracking tasks on Jira and Shotgrid.

  • Identifying and clearly communicating road blockers to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Scheduling Art Director reviews and  documenting and communicating all art director feedbacks to internal team.

  • Triaging bugs,build issues and dependencies with leads and cross functional teams.

  • Closley working with vendors for assets management. Tracking and setting up project on ShotGrid.

  • Helping new hires.

  • Working closley with executive leadership team to deliver milestones with high quality within budget and timeline with available resources.

  • Scheduling meetings and documenting all notes and communicating clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Established clear communication channels and  process with cross functional teams including Designe,Concept,Engineering, Tool & Tech Art,Rendering,Audio,Car,QA and working as a point of contact for team communication.

Lighting:

  •  Manageging 4+ team stakeholders.Creating schedule and plans for  quaters and sprints  to deliver milestones with high quality.

  • Closely working with supervisor and team to prioritize task and making sure team has all the information to complete task and deliver on time. Creating, assigning, tracking tasks. 

  • Sending agenda and scheduling Art Director review meetings and other meetings, Documenting all the info and updating on confluence, OneNote and Jira.

  • Improved Validation process and developed communication process with cross functional teams including Environment, Rendering, Engineering,Car, QA,Tool & Tech Art,Concept,Media, teams.

  • Setup Lighting project on Shotgrid to improve overall project structure.

  • Improved communication process with Vendors and doing planning and tracking lighting prop assets,status and task assigned to the vendors.

  • Sending lighting track packs to the Art Directors to get approval.

  • Triaging bugs,build issues and dependencies with leads and cross functional teams.

  • Identifying and clearly communicating road blockers to internal and external stakeholders.

VFX: 

  • Manageging 2+ team stakeholders.Creating quater and sprint plans and schedule to deliver milestones with high quality.

  • Working with Directors to deliver VFX from concept to final delivery.

  • Priortising,creating, assigning, tracking VFX tasks with effective time management skill. 

  • Requesting Smoke tests for VFX assets  to QA team to validate and implement core gameplay features.

  • Pro-actively working on road blockers and making sure cross communication ocurs with internal and external teams including Environment, Lighting, Enginnering, Tool & Tech Art, Cinematics, Rendering, Procedural teams.

  • Makeing sure all Art Director reviews are applied and validated. 

Characters/Animation: 

  • Creating Plans and Manageging 5+ team stakeholders. Doing quater and sprint planning and creating schedule to deliver milestones with high quality.

  • Setting up project pipline on shotgrid Microsoft internal software.

  • Creating, priortising, assigning, tracking initiatives and tasks for Character and Animation topics.

  • Established clear communication channels and  process for mutual goals,bugs and priorities with cross functional teams including Designe,Concept,Cinematics,Environments, Engineering, Tool & Tech Art,Rendering,Audio,Car,QA and working as a point of contact for team communication.

  • Working  closly with Director, Supervisor,Lead and Artists to meet tight deadline.

  • Requesting Smoke tests for Characters and Animation assets  to QA team to validate and implement core gameplay features.

Procedural: 

  • Manageging 3+ team stakeholders. Doing quater and sprint planning and creating schedule to deliver milestones with high quality.

  • Creating, priortising, assigning, tracking Initiatives PBIs and tasks.

  • Triaging bugs,build issues and dependencies with leads and cross functional teams.

  • Identifying and clearly communicating road blockers to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicating activly content teams requests to Procedural team.

Cinematics: 

  • Manageging 4+ team stakeholders. Doing quater and sprint planning and creating schedule to deliver milestones with high quality.

  • Restructuring setting up Cenemetics  features on Shotgids as well on Microsoft internal software.

  • Creating, priortising, assigning, tracking tasks, Bugs. 

  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to scope, track common goals and blockers including Mixmaster,Audio, designing, environments, characters, Vangaurds.

Tech Art: 

  • Manageging 6+ team stakeholders. Doing quater and sprint planning and creating schedule to deliver milestones with high quality.

  • Creating, priortising, assigning, tracking tasks 

  • Clearly communicating tool request to the team and scoping goals with cross functional teams.

  • Troubleshooting animation,building and deploying the runtime client topics with crossfunctional teams.

Concept:
